Our business is 95% customer referral based due to our high level of customer service. A customer once commented, “Derrick said we would be friends when this was finished…he was right.” We are a locally owned, locally operated company committed to supporting the community in which we live. In order to provide quality, consistency, and loyalty, Derrick Blanton Construction uses the same highly qualified subcontractors and suppliers on every home. In many cases, we now have the 2nd generation of subcontractors working for us. At Derrick Blanton Construction, we are deeply committed to putting an end to substandard housing. Since 2005, we are proud to be partnered with Habitat for Humanity in such projects as the 2006 Builder’s Blitz, the upcoming 2008 Builder’s Blitz, as well as the ongoing process of site development.
