Planning & Approval- The

your home's floor plan, HOA approvals, engineering, permitting and
selecting all the details to make your new home

Work & Foundation- Next the
site of your future home must be prepared and cleared for the
"physical" building process. Then the foundation of your home is
carefully put into place.
Framing-
This exciting part of the process is where the "shell" of your
home is built. The shell provides the framework or shape of your
home. You will actually be able to see the rough outline of the
rooms of your house.
Exterior Finish- This step
completes the outside of your home as to protect it from the
elements.
Mechanical
Rough In- Next comes the plumbing,
electrical wiring, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and
insulation installation.
Interior
Finishes- Now the drywall, trim,
flooring, cabinetry, painting, plumbing and lighting are carefully
placed into your home to finish the inside.
Landscaping- As the final touch, the
sidewalks and driveways will be poured. Next plantings and grass
will compliment your beautiful new home.
Final Walk
Through- Together we will walk
through your new home to review all the details and work that has
happened during this process of building.
